Bake for 1.5-2 hours, the fat should melt
After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven and do not immediately remove the jars
Open the oven door and leave the jars in the oven for 5 minutes

Remove the foil and close the jars with a lid
Leave to cool completely

2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder

6-8 bay leaves
2 garlic heads (about 22 cloves of garlic)
