Honestly Padington is very underrated. This bear, like batman, lost his parents, he then lost his uncle and his home. He found a family in London, but was nearly taxidermized by an evil collector and then was put in jail for a crime he didn't commit. After all that trauma, he still cares about others and tries to improve the lives of those around him. That bear represented an everyday hero and has the mental strength of a tank!

I'm happy that you downloaded the thing about gentle parenting because I was abused and half my life i ran around claiming it made me stronger or more disiplined because i couldnt face the truth, i just wasnt mentally strong enough to, because my past has actually made me hypersensitive, i just always had supressed it. Now that I am on my way to actually heal and change into a more natural and healthy version of myself, i like to read about what is possible to allow myself to grief what I wish I would have had. To add to the wholesomeness of all of this here is something wholesome that happened today: So i went out with my parents today to a restaurant and had a nice waitress who got everything for us and all was good and while we got takeout boxes for are food and got the food put away and stuff has been paid suddenly the waitress comes by in a rush and quickly places a cookie ontop the boxes by me and me and my parents were shocked by it which i did thank the person but was the most nicest unsuspected thing to happen and to confirm the cookie was delicious and brightened up ones day some more

Working at a grocery store, it's not uncommon for a lot of us not to be able to have certain meals cause of the hours are shifts start.Some of us will buy and share snacks with one another, I've on more than one occasion on finding out one of my coworkers stuck at a checkstand hasn't eaten, will buy a candy bar or snack and just walk past them and drop it next to them as I'm walking buy, one of my manager's gifted me an expensive hotsauce the other day cause he knows I like spicy stuff.
