I was served this by the holy KZbin algorithm (all hail it's benevolence) as I was looking into replacing my XR components with VESC. This is amazing detail, and I really appreciate how this breaks it down. Excited with parts 2 and 3! Now if only I wasn't terrified of batteries.

Damn! After watching Part 2 I checked out this video as well, covered much more than the title/thumbnail suggests, excellent!! You mention 12kW for CannonCore (source?) but nothing for SF. What makes you think it has "the most" torque? I believe this is only true for the elusive V1 CC. But V2 CC and HT should be roughly the same torque judging by stator size and weight (they're roughly the same kv). Also CC heats up a bit faster than HT in my testing. Could be because the heat sink has less thermal mass than SF stator, but idk. CC V3 will be interesting to check out for sure...

Source: Uhhhhh I think I saw my Fusion core GT hit 12kw once, cant be stuffed to find the screenshot And yeah I was mostly referring to how the Cannoncore has lower KV than the superflux, though HT and V2 CC would be similar. And yeah as this was a gloss over of most areas, I wasn't hyperspecific with things. Most people can dig and find this info I suppose :))

I have a couple designs for suspension - it might be nice to be able to stop and change it so it has a few extra inches of front edge clearance (so you can go faster over bigger obstacles)...as well as dissipate some of the bigger shocks when sending off bigger drops, slamming curbs, et al.

Watch out, fm patented all types of suspension... no joke, they're evil

Couple questions, any possibility of making the fusion core compatible with adv maybe like an adapter? Do the tech rails work well with your gt vow symm builds? I seen somewhere that you had to cut them and would like to avoid that.

Does the SF motor overheat less than the CC motor?
@surfdadoАй бұрын
In my testing the SF HS did stay cooler than the CC on steep hill climbs. Idk if it’s different when riding at high speed

Just dont Fangs play into a newbies fear of nosedives before they realise the wheels will make it worse when they lock your boards nose in a single direction and you go flying sideways.
