vespa REED VALVE operating mode vs ROTARY valve / FMPguides - Solid PASSion /

how does REED work? compared to ROTARY valve?
rotary consists of 2 parts: crank CHEEK + engine case rv PAD
reed just 1 part: the reeds
new rotary crankshaft? ensure needed 0,05mm tolerance
new rotary case? ALSO ensure needed 0,05mm tolerance
its sometimes a lottery that both part fits perfectly together
