In the United States of America you can NOT trespass anything the eyes can see. LOL If i can stand in a public spot and see it , i can video it, or photograph it. In fact there used to be a mountain on public land that tons of people used with high power cameras to see down in to area 51..... because it was 100% legal, the governments only solution was to buy it , expand the range, and make that hill top private property. So no.... It is NO different than taking a pic of a Walmart. Not even a tiny bit. lol I can link 100s of 1A KZbin videos of people videoing , and taking pics of bases , and hardware, CIA buildings, and things.... You can look it up, but i promise you its 200% legal!
