Too awesome, makes me want to buy a gizmo, and the whole nine yards. Along with this heater, You’re Golden. Those sponsors, who reach out to you, must certainly realize your talent in the many positive, and honest facets of your productions. I, for one, and those I’ve shared, agree, You’re not only GOLDEN, You’re a goldmine. You inspire, Art

*You'll be snow clearing in comfort and style.* This has been the beautiful, stunning Fall in years! What a pleasure to have some mild weather lingering for a change. I've got a mature Norway maple that usually holds its leaves until snow arrives. This year I think I'll be able to get all the leaves shredded & bagged up before bad weather starts. Shredded leaves make the most perfect mulch for the veggie gardens. Yes, PLEASE do get a co2 detector. I would be worried about you if you don't.

Just a couple more pieces of the puzzle and I willstay warm for the little storms. I have 3 days into leaf cleanup so far and now have a foot of mulched leaves on the old garden area. Should finish tomorrow. The red maples won't drop until we get a good rainstorm Today is another beautiful and dry day which doesn't happen often in fall. Don't forget to turn your clocks back Sunday. Thanks for watching.

It has turned out being a great little heater that just needs a couple minutes to warn up and shut down. Thanks for watching.

Always interesting videos. Hope you don't need to use the plow that much this year, but if you do it will be a much nicer choir in a heated cab.

@unemployedredneckhillbilly20232 жыл бұрын
I haven't had any problems yet. As long as it's mounted in the vertical direction should be good . Thanks for watching.

Does it run fine while driving around or will it shut off if it gets to much angle?
@unemployedredneckhillbilly20232 жыл бұрын
Has worked fine in my yard. Not sure it would shut down if It flipped over. Thanks for watching.

Thinking of adding one of these to my kubota tractor cab as it looks like a cheaper and cleaner installation VS the antifreeze heater coil option. Question...was the 12volt battery just for testing or can you connect that to your Kubota internal 12volt battery for the final use?
@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 Жыл бұрын
It's hooked to the kubota battery. You need the wire to be hot for the shutdown cycle so don't turn it off with the engine. Thanks for watching.

I understand that your winters can be brutal and clearing snow in freezing temperatures is a chore but having a diesel heater in an open cab? A bit like a terrace heater - would it not be possible to close the cab fully (or maybe I missed that part, in which case I apologize)

like I said in the video I just bought a sheet of lexan and am working on making a back window before I add the proper bulkheads and in the previous video I mentioned looking into the doors. They are $4500.00 for the set with shipping, seals, tax, and inserts so looks like I will make something in the future. This heater definitely will keep the windshield defrosted in the meantime. Thanks for watching.

It did last winter. Recently switched it over to the new RTV X and planning on using it again this winter. Thanks for watching.

Is it loud
@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 Жыл бұрын
Not that bad. Most of the noise goes out the exhaust. These motors are loud and right under the seat so they drone most of it out. Thanks for watching.

Is that the FJB edition???
@unemployedredneckhillbilly202311 ай бұрын
It is worse then that now. Put them on when I found it was junk. It earned those badges when the defective engine was found. Worthless like JB and probably going to take a green machine to fix it. Thanks for watching.

8kw sounds like way too big for a cab that size.
@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 Жыл бұрын
I'm only making top half doors so a lot of heat is wasted. A full cab wouldn't require as much. I have been running it on 4 with no doors yet and the windshield stays clear. Thanks for watching,.
