omgsosh that's nuts man. That is an unbelievable set up. U have the dream set up in such a typical backyard.

This is awesome! Thank you for inspiration and instruction. I'm not sure if you noticed, but I think there are fourth level of difficulty where you hold the bars that hang on the rings that you move from door knob to door knob😂 you can do it!😅

Hey this is great, thanks! Good to see someone failing and working to succeed, really inspires me to get some of those and challenge myself. Our kids would love it too! Any chance you could post a plan layout showing the spacing between posts please? 💪🏼
@VFit4life3 жыл бұрын
Take a look at my other video on this how I show the building process of it. I go over the length of the bars which is basically how far the post are apart.

Thanks for this video, if you have to do this again now what would you change? Is it better to use 6x6 vs 4x6? Thanks
@VFit4life11 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! 6x6 post would be the ultimate way to go, but they are way more expensive. My 4x6 post are going through its fourth Buffalo winter and are as sturdy as they were when I first built it. One thing I would do differently is connect a bar from the top of the ladder 🪜 to the middle post of the monkey bars.

Thanks for posting this update. You've motivated me to build this in my backyard for myself and kids. You wouldn't have the plans in an image we can reference, would you? Mainly the spaces for your posts

Where did you get the rings? I have some of a course built in my backyard but can’t find the rings for the ring jump. Great video though!

You can get the rings off of Amazon. Just search up gymnastics rings.

Great set up, just wondering about waterproofing. As it’s outside in a green area have you waterproofed to prevent wood root. I’d like an outside setup but rains a little.
@VFit4life Жыл бұрын
I used pressure treated wood to build it. It's the same type of wood that is used for outdoor decks. This type of wood is treated and processed to hold up better in outdoor environments. I live in Buffalo, NY, and it has survived three years of our harsh winters and a Blizzard. I have a behind the scenes video also posted that shows more details. Thanks for watching!

Sir, where do you get your bars, pegs,etc. basically, all the blue hardware. I need to make a course for my grandson but I don’t know to get the hardware from.
@VFit4life8 ай бұрын
I got the handle bars from Amazon. Just search for playground bars. I painted mine blue. The monkey bars and pull up bars are just galvanized pipe from home depot that I painted. The door knob holds come from this place. dgsninja.com/peg-grasper-5-pack-bundle/
