@@dracoreiner4790 You're sort of correct. The movie is mostly in 3D, however, they used a elements of 2D style, hence no motion blur. True, 2D animation does not have motion blur unless the artist draws it in. The same goes for any Pixar movie, play it in slow-mo and you'll see all kinds of motion blur. Motion blur is typically done with all 3D animated movies. Point is, they made this movie so that you could pause at any frame and it would look like a page out of a comic.

Guys what makes this series so wholesome is how *genuine* it was. It's starting to slip away from that, I really hope you take these comments to heart. We can watch anyone react to films, you guys are more, please educate us, *go in depth.* We don't want another generic KZbin channel, we want 3 dudes on a couch having fun, and teaching us about this amazing world of VFX. Also, "Patreon, ads, plugs" we get you have to do it, but please just do it once. _All coming from a good place as a huge fan._

Yeah the reactions in this explained almost nothing until the end. And every other scene had a plug or interruption for something else. It's hard to explain exactly but this didn't feel nearly as interesting as the others. It felt like each scene they reacted to was rushed.

@woobilicious. the book I, Robot is a collection of short stories. the movie is the recurring themes throughout those and related stories, filtered into one plot. people complain that the plot goes against the concept of the three laws of robotics, but most of the stories are about ‘loopholes’ and unintended applications of the laws that often cause the robots to essentially replicate some human behavior (religion, procrastination, etc). later stories even include the “implied zeroth law” which is the motivation of the movie’s antagonist. people are basically just upset that it was a will smith action-comedy instead of something contemplative like bladerunner, which is valid. but the way they actually complain about it makes it seem like they either didn’t watch the movie or didn’t read the stories

Guys, you have a distracting amount of calls to action in the beginning of this video. There is a call to action within the 5th, 7th, & 8th minute of this video. Then the tv sitcom style subscribe cutouts were just distracting and reminded me that I hate tv. Just a random dude’s thoughts.
@ccmmrrnn
@ccmmrrnn 4 жыл бұрын
exactly. I watched and liked and subscribed before this bullshit began. But "we reeeaaallllyyyy need you to donate money on Patreon so that we can keep on making greeeaaaaattttt content like thissssssssssssssssss give us your money and we'll lower the quality of our content so that the people who supported us early on cant be bothered with us anymore and the masses that don't care get us in their Suggested Videos feeeedzzz." You're already a business Corridor Crew, right? If you need KZbin or Patreon to sustain you just say it. Enough people like your work. People would pay for this content if you were honest about it. You're all passionate, talented, hard-working, and naturally entertaining; which is what drew people to you in the first place. Don't abandon your core audience, the folks that were the millions of views, just to satisfy some bullshit corporate agenda of expanding as much as you can, for likes from people that don't give a shit. A one-time audience.
@nevek20
@nevek20 4 жыл бұрын
Ok the reason there's 2 call outs so close is that the 300 scene is what was picked on Patreon. The 2 call's are related opening the Patreon selected segment and the closing it. The third call to action is then likely placed in there as they're looking for fresh ideas doing 7 of these so close together is likely leading to a slightly dry idea's bin. You're making out like we're cutting to ad's after every 5 minutes...
@clue111
@clue111 4 жыл бұрын
nevek20 I totally get that and those are solid points you make. I just know when I heard the third one I was completely pulled out of the video. It was distracting to me, personally. I honestly just think if they caught in editing that they were so close together and simply removed one, or were somehow able to move one, then the video would have been better. I still really enjoyed it and hope they keep it up.
@ccmmrrnn
@ccmmrrnn 4 жыл бұрын
@@nevek20 Yeah, I was perhaps needlessly antagonistic, clue111 was certainly more civil. I'm sure you set out to entertain people, and you do. The sentiment remains. You guys on the whole produce great content, and the core of what makes it great is an information-heavy/educational format mixed in with the fun. It's earned you a loyal following. I'd say the amount of criticism on this video is coming from a place of love for that quality and a desire not to see you fall into the trap of 'some bloke REACTS to SOMETHING CRAZY inbetween ADS and KZbin PANHANDLING'.

In Bladerunner 2049... (16:24) The threesome scene was shot for real, without the use of greenscreen and containing a minimum of digitally inserted elements. The scene was shot twice, once with Ryan Gosling and Ana de Armas doing their choreography, and once with Gosling and Mackenzie Davis repeating the movements. Both shots were then combined, containing two versions of Gosling and two backgrounds. Digital manipulation was used to remove one of each from the shot, and to match up the positions of Joi and Mariette as exactly as possible. Some glitches where their movements did not line up perfectly were allowed, to suggest that they cannot sync up perfectly. In fact, a computer-generated Joi was briefly inserted when she moves around "K" to remove his coat, because her movement did not match up with Mariette's. Editor Joe Walker noted that this caused a happy accident where Joi briefly looks less life-like, as if her program acts less realistic when she knows that "K" is not watching her.
