The Kola vs FP2 subplot has been pretty good, props to the writers for this. Added more drama to the scene and gave Kola char development. Memes aside. Kola really is a beast vs top Japaense players. Kinda want to see him and Zackray face of in bracket. Shame though about Shuton, wanted to see him and Leo face off as Shuton is one of the few players to have positive record on Leo(2-0)

Interesting note, at least in game 5 Shuton heavily opted for an aggressive aerial off ledge with a few neutral get ups as Phyra, but as Mythra it’s always either a jump or neutral get up. I think Kola caught on and was able to punish the aggressive option to win it out

I forgot Roy had a counter. Then I got jump scared when he capitalized on it at the end. I wonder if Shuton could've went high and used mythra side b instead to make it back 🤔.

Unless I missed something, when was he ever out of top 10? I thought before Acola started winning it was Zackray/Shuton and that after Zackray left it was Proto/Shuton? Honest question. I know the top 10 is tight though, so he might be outta mines if I did recalc.
