The best k series head is the one you can afford. They're all with a few cfm if you staying stock its whatever vtec head you can afford. Don't blow your cash on a head that only flows 10 cfm more at high lift.

As someone that's deeply looking into a kswap in EJ1 chassis these videos are great. I was planning to go k24A4 block then k20 head but this information is changing my mind.

RBC and PRB 😁 You also don't have to grab a head with upgraded springs. Can still save a hundred keeping the original valve train.

For $700 what wheel hp can I expect to gain and what head gasket would you recommend for an NA setup to bump the compression up?

JDM Engine importer local to me that has a K24A2 with the RBB-3 head with 120 thousand km's on it for $1650.00 delivered to my door. Perfect compression, etc with video proof. I'm up here in Canada so obv pricing is different for me. Does that price sound proper to you? He only offers a 30 day warranty as well so idk man, At the same time I'm seeing private sales go for $800-$1000 for a k24 with k20 head ready to drop in and go. What do you think?

I would never spend more than 500 from an importer. The local market is plentiful and far cheaper. Plus I'm building anything I buy so why pay the inflated price
