Vi did the right thing by stopping Cait from shooting Jinx cause 1: she would've shot the kid with Jinx because their heads were closed 2: if only jinx died then the kid would see the same brutality Vi and Jinx saw when they lose her parents, a new "Jinx" would be born And cait was aiming for Jinx head but the shot got into her finger

Some lore trivias in this episode:) (no spoilers): 1.The theatre was actaually was playng the coronation of King Jarvan which is a line of kings from a western country called Demacia (maybe hinting that after Piltover and Zaum next story will be about Demacia) 2. The lady we see engraved on the big stone dor is a spirit/goddes that started as a figure of good winds for sailors than started being worshiped for fresh air by the undercity (Zaum)

Yep, Cait’s sniper rifle is her weapon in the game. Jinx’s shark rocket and mini gun are also both of her main weapons. The goddess of wind Janna is a character in the game, and Ambessa is actually the first original Arcane character to come to League as a character. Also Silco’s doctor, Singed, is a character too. And Ambessa, Mel’s mom is just from another country, not another world. And she may have bigger goals, but the even in season 1 Ambessa has been saying how much she wants hextech weapons, and that’s probably the biggest reason she started the war, to push them into mass production

Ambessa wanted to take control over Piltover, that's why she joined hands with Salo (the blondy skinny councilor who broke his legs during Jinx rocketlaunch). She wanted power sort of an army or something more powerful enough to fight what's pulling the strings (implication to black rose). Also to revenge his son's death. Other information will be explained during act 2.
