Man… I loved this album. It’s different from his other projects but he absolutely pulled it off. The man has so many albums at this point it’s actually super nice to have a project like this in his catalogue that you can go to whenever you want this type of sound from him. If you want that other grimy shit, well he has like 10 albums full of that. I’m just happy to see Conway win. The man deserves it, top 5 rn HANDS DOWN.

To me so far “Wild Chapters” is the best song off the album, very deep and layered track from the lyrical content, to the production by Hit-Boy, and Novel whom I have never heard of , and his voice had to grow on me with more and more listens, he killed it. Just heard the snippet from a year ago and tbh it needed a hook like that.

Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the album and thought it had some great tracks. Something about it just don’t hit the same as his other projects. Maybe not grimy enough idk but I can appreciate him going for a different sound. I wish Conway would’ve kept the beat on Drumwork for himself and spit 2-3 verses. Overall I think FKTG was better.
