Because there is still a ban on Cuban products like tobacco in the U S, mostly. Nicaragua and Honduras have come a long way from humble beginnings in the cigar market. Macanudo from the Dominican Republic has some really nice cigars, tho I prefer the miniatures and cigarillos and just repack them with some greens... xD'
