I love ❤️ The Pointer Sisters, they are very beautiful, talented singers and funny. They were my favourite female group growing up. I have a blast listening to them on their interviews, so hilarious. Vicki has been one of my favourite comedians, on a Carol Burnett Show and Mamas Family. Bless her heart for fitting in as June, no comparison, lol 😂 but she sang beautifully with Ruth and Anita.👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🥰

This interview was great. These legends are gone but will never ever be forgotten. They have multiple hits that are timeless and they were the only mega black female sister successful group along with sister sledge.😍 ♥

There is not one female group who was more successful. The Pointer Sisters will be listened to for many years to come; they made it to the top of the industry. Sadly, they paid a hell of a price for it, but we are so grateful for the great music and talent.

Neutron Dance is such a performance and takes me to their roots from Church!!!!The chords of the song and the organ influence of the recording are Church for real!!! Especially the outro!!! Rest on Anita, Bonnie, and June🙏🙏🙏

Yes Ruth referenced this taping in her memoir book and how June was unable to show up. But yet as entertainers the show went on and what a show!

Where's June??🫢

June didn't make the show due to her battles with drug addiction and Ruth wrote in her memoirs how she, Anita and Vicki were pissed at June for not showing up and it was when they decided to have an intervention to force June to get help

@@rashawnda-professor2999 I was afraid of that response. Received a signed copy of Still So Excited by Ruth few years ago. The drug abuse she spoke about was CRAZY🙀
