I like this, but have you ever attempted to do an Absolute Monarchy that enacts all Social Reforms? People might not get to vote, but when you give them tons of stuff for paying their taxes, you might find a massive immigration boom into your nation as well. I did that with an Achaemenid sized Persia but kept it Absolute Monarchist. I had more immigration coming into Persia than the USA.

I'm a bit skeptical about this one, dovska. A number of your provinces seem to have 70-80 plus life-rating, which no province in vicky 2 can reach as far as ik. You also somehow have over 100 million people in your country which is insane for all but the most "lucky" nations in the Americas (like the USA). Don't mean to stomp on this run if it really is legitimate, but some things seem quite odd here.

Does HPM add any flavour to the other countries in America? I tried playing there in vanilla but it basically was just me afking nothing really happening. Would be fun to try my own campaign there

I do know that more often than ever the CAR splits up. I've tried to prevent this but its a bitch to do and it pretty much seems scripted for the country to split up. If you dont play HPM i'd suggest you do, it makes everything better. Also I do know a bunch of fucky wars happen in South America regarding the several Peruvian nations and the growth of Argentina though im not familiar with that history, so yes there are more things that happen in SA
