The war isn’t very good but I honestly son’t care that much, my main issue with Vic3 is how lackluster the historical flavor is. Even in the major countries.

My main problem is that subject interactions for smaller and less powerful nations that are funded by subjects like the ottomans have gotten significantly harder. You cant just lower their liberty desire by improving relations, you now have to wait until you can get bankrolls and other methods of strengthening ties. Yet still the ottomans face the problem of limited expansion. Also “The Great Game” might as well be renamed “historical” borders of 1836 that last the whole game. Because atleast for me it almost never develops

Playing as the Ottomans in the 19th century is difficult? Countries that primarily survive off of wealth they extract from their subjects are unstable and hard to maintain? Sounds normal to me.

You have to at least acknowledge the immense rework of building ownership. Your critiques are mainly focused on the war gameplay, but Vic 3 is definitely getting better, and I'd say the economic and diplomatic aspect far outweighs what you could do in Vic II
