Yea, but she manipulated the situation to get more dogs! I think it is important to acknowledge that she is also in the wrong! You have to take care of your dogs, but you just cannot take more dogs without your partner´s approval. I would feel i´m being taken advantage of helping the other dogs, and like helping the same person that doesn´t hear a thing of what i´m saying! I´m siding more with the husband here.

the husband is immature AF. you have an issue w| your partner you handle it w| healthy, mature communication + genuine effort. you don’t weaponize “incompetence” or behave passive aggressively or in ways that ultimately harm the dog, which is the only thing his behavior accomplished. mr. clean’s behavior makes it seem like he’s overcompensating for….well,a lot.

Honestly, I can see Scott's point but a man, who can look at a puppy and refuse to feed it in order to prove a point, is not someone I would care for. it's not the dog's fault. i can somewhat understand his frustration but I can also understand Deena who can't help but wanting to help a dog in need. Kudos to Victoria for staying around despite Scott's completely disrespectful behaviour. unlike Scott, she is somebody who puts these animals' well-being before her own feelings.

I feel so bad for Deena. I once dated someone like Scott, and they're constant need to be in control and "above" you is exhausting. The look on his face, the way he spoke to Victoria, and the whole 20% rule just speaks volumes. Ladies, or gents, if you ever find yourself with someone like that just leave as soon as you can. Vet tech here! One tip I've learned as working as a vet tech is that if you have a dog that eats poop, you can give your dog Pineapple or pineapple juice (dogs usually like this) and that will make the poop taste absolutely awful which makes them stop eating it.

Scott's demeaning behavior to the trainer was embarrassing. Glad she came back even though he was incredibly disrespectful. It would have taken everything in me to wipe that smug smile off his face. Getting a dog (or another dog) should be a decision made by both partners. I understand Scott's perspective. I have been trying to persuade my bf to get a dog for a while now, but unfortunately he isn't ready. I can't force him, and I definitely can't spring a dog on him and expect him to do half the work. I understand it's frustrating for her, and it is for me, but it's not reasonable to just ignore his decision and then blame him for it somehow...

Dogs are a huge responsibility. You can't just bring an animal into the home with total disregard for the person you share a home with. The hubby might come off as unfair but he clearly doesn't want that foster dog there. His wife knew that and she got the foster dog anyway. How is that fair? People overdo it with animals. Five dogs are too much.

I think it is not right just to blame Scott. Both of them are ridiculous. He refuses to help with the ("her") dogs and she doesn't listen to him when he says that he doesn't want another pug. So if your partner doesn't want another pet or any pet at all you have to accept it. You just can't overcome their boundaries and expect them to be happy and help you. But on the other side you have at least try to understand the hobby and interests of your partner. Try to support your partner and both of you are happy. But this couple just has to break up and go separate ways if nothing changes.

Although I think the husband not feeding the dog is his way of trying to set a boundary, it's not the dogs fault it's there. But I ABSOLUTELY understand his frustration, he is being walked all over by his controlling uncompromising wife. Although she is doing something kind by fostering a dog she isn't considering her partners feelings at all. So he's acting out the only way he knows how, because she obviously doesn't listen to him, so this is how he shows his displeasure. Even if it is sonewhat childish.

Totally agree not the dogs fault but the poor man is basically ignored. Out of the two of them he understands the responsibility of the dogs and knows they already have too many to handle. One of my ex friend (a truely toxic person) did this with her ex. They had six dogs she kept bringing more when he said no. She would say they were fostering a dog to eventually spring it that they were now adopting because "insert sob story" to guilt trip him into keeping. She never did anything to take care of dogs leaving it all to him they eventually split up not because of the dogs because of her other manipulate controlling lying ways and she abandoned all the dogs with him. Her ex kept two and got good homes for another four and we found out from someone else they weren't even rescues she had been going and buying dogs off gumtree and lying about were they came from.

@awesomeirlable yes, if she saw me or one of the other dogs' puke, she'd get really excited, wag her tail, run over, and make a jolly good attempt at lapping up the puke. I remember once having a stomach bug 🐛 and I just kept being sick, I was laying in bed off school with a bucket next to my bed. Molly camped out beside me all day, waiting on me enevitably being sick and for her to attempt to get to the puke. My gran kept chucking her out of my bedroom, but she'd always manage to get back in. She was so determined. We certainly did NOT encourage this bizarre behaviour 😳, we'd tell her no, plus we'd take her away from the area until we cleaned up. She wasn't our only minging dog in the house 🤣🤮. We had a chihuahua called Lotus, who had a penchant for bogies and snot. She'd constantly attempt to lick right up people's noses. We thought she was being sweet and giving us kisses, then the vet was like, "She's just trying to mine your snot. She seems to really like it." They made a fine pair. I miss my gross girls so much 😔😭

Scott needed to grow up, Deena forced the additional dog and never should have brought a dog into a home that doesn't 100% want it. But he either should have left or even rehomed the foster instead of neglecting an innocent life in his home.

15:00 I hate to say it, but I'm with Scott about who has responsibility of the foster dog. Dina did accept those conditions regarding the foster dog. It is wrong of her to take him for granted as a dog sitter. Victoria shouldn't force Scott into something he doesn't want to do. She should advise them to give him up to a shelter. Not giving ultimatums about leaving because Scott will say yes, and production will say no, they need a show. Imagine they have 20 pugs in their house and Victoria saying, "They are your responsibility even though you didn't bring them in!" Basically, ETA here. Lol. All three.

To be honest i understand him but this is a problem between him and his partner. She shouldn't bring any more dog in without her partner's consent. He refuses to feed the Foster not because of the dog himself but because of issues in relationship and of course the Foster dog is who suffers in this situation.

I think they got a chance, I mean victoria can only do so much and these two definitely got their own issues they need to handle. Nobody is perfect, but i can see the dude is clearly fustrated and at his wits end. Then the lady wants to do well for pugs but I don't think the dude really wants this kind of thing. They may need to just sit down and talk about their future on this one but that's just an outsider's pov who knows what the real issue is there. As for the pugs they are just being pugs.

@@Morghena that’s not a boundary that’s a last resort. Besides if they are married that’s expensive and since he’s the one leaving he’s the one risking losing everything. If they’re not married and owns the house he will get all the hate for kicking her and the dogs out. So either way he loses. By the end she can say ‘he didn’t do anything for the dogs’ and cry while the reason he left was because SHE was the problem. She ignored HIS boundaries and HE didn’t handle it properly. So they are both to blame.
