Strickland is such a clown for that bro just like Sean O’Malley and Viddal said, you are a professional fighter SPARRING with a social media twig and you punch him hard to a bloody nose and it takes 2 different towel throws from his corner for you to ultimately stop. That spar made Sneako look so good for hanging in there so much respect, and it made Strickland look like the POS we all know he is. Huge L for Sean.

In a spat you reciprocate the same energy and power your opponent is giving you. Not just stand there and let them punch you while you tap them.

@@razzaman9023 a spar is about letting someone practice what they have learnt and letting them get confident in the movements and techniques. So yes in a higher level spar the opponent will be trying to hit back but when against a novice they will not. This is basic fighting knowledge 😂 go to any fighting gym in the world and this is what you will see when a novice is sparring. U clearly know less than nothing 😂😂

Counter are real nice combinations are so good to. I was talking about a boxing spar though not mma. Strikland wins in the cage probably but at the same time I never see strikland grapple or try to. So I wonder if he would use it

Correction. Sneako heard from Jake Shields that Sean doesn’t spar light & goes for a KO 2 weeks before the Sean spar. But Sean is the guy that asked when they’re going to spar, Sneako said he’s down but mainly wanted to interview him & then they both agreed on a time to meet for the spar.
