The Centre Referee calls the shots. He's the Judge of the Game and whom the fans and viewers recognise as arbitter of the game. So for transparency, he needs to see things himself along with the fans and then make the call, yea!

En ce qui concerne le VAR, je propose d'utiliser ce qui suit avec cette technologie si la FIFA veut être transparente et juste. Le match doit être joué avec les arbitres de la même manière qu'avant. Il devrait y avoir une équipe qui gère la vidéo, mais ils ne devraient pas interférer ou arrêter le jeu ou contacter l'arbitre. Chaque équipe devrait avoir trois défis par match. Lorsque l'entraîneur pense qu'une pénalité ou une décision de but de l'arbitre devrait être contestée, il jettera un drapeau rouge à côté du quatrième arbitre qui demandera à l'arbitre principal d'arrêter la partie et de vérifier le VAR. Chaque équipe peut le faire trois fois par match. L'arbitre principal doit gérer le jeu comme avant que le jeu ne soit arrêté et que le VAR ne soit vérifié que lorsqu'une équipe lance le drapeau rouge pour contester une décision de l'arbitre principal. 3 fois seulement par partie.

Hey the VAR may help in some occasions but this video shows exactly its limits! If you look at the Red Card to the Argentina player , I think the VAR completely misleads the Referee!!! They VAR can show you if there is a contact yes but is not considering the inertia of the play where the defender pulls the guy arms from left to right or right to left and the argentina player turns naturally lifting his elbow to protect himself from an aggressive defender that is pulling his arm. Plus he's not looking back so he does not know from where this force is coming from. I don't think he wants to hit the defender but just protect himself so the VAR is very personal. If there was a foul it was before where the attacker puts his arm on the defender back pushing him and making him lose the ball! VAR helps but sometimes when there is an offiside may be or a ball on the line or inside the line but in a quick play you have to be careful, you cant just watch at the elbow.

This has been used so badly in the World Cup. disappointing so many penalties that should have been penalties. Not to mention referees are using it on the wrong things and aren’t using it on the right things, for example Mitrovic being lifted up and thrown down by the Swiss in the recent game. Would like to also mention how Swiss players who originally from Albania were deliberately using political gestures that would offend the Serbian players, Football is not meant to be politicised. It also made no sense as they were playing on the Swiss team and not the Albanian

This is spoiling football. 1) Football should be equal at all levels so the game is universal, not different standards for those with money 2) The technology and checking etc...is interrupting the flow of the game.... 3) there is pressure on the referee to make a quick decisions when maybe it needs watching fifty times 4) Wrong decisions are still being made...as people watch it and they make mistakes in viewing....referees are not experts in optical illusions and the limits of camera observation, optics etc....
