I had a one dollar price tag on a old cheap gallon gas can. I was hot and tired or the garage sale. this guy offered me a quarter I told him he can have it for free. I put it on the ground smashed it and handed it to him. He thought I was crazy. We have not had a garage sale now in 30 years we just donate or toss it out

Ugh, the arrogance of someone who leaves a comment like that! I’m with you. Since starting keto, I eat way more veg than I did before. I eat plenty of good, healthy carbs. People just don’t understand this lifestyle. 🤷🏼♀️ Also, good lord, I hate yard sales. I’d be hiding out, too

Hi, Steve! Loved this video. I, too, am a certified Nutritionist. *gasp* I was routinely taught the Pyramid approach, Calories In Calories Out, cholesterol is the Devil's brew, etc. I can tell you after a year of independent study: That information is LONG outdated! That guy who wrote you should have known that by reading the hieroglyphics on his certificate!!

You are blessed with your voice. We get to enjoy it with every video. It makes your delivery such a pleasure. Trolls: don’t give them air time. Their ignorance is not worth spreading. Washing dishes: a necessary evil in order to cook. Love cooking, hate dishes and in my house I am stuck with dishes. Recipes: I patiently wait for success. The last 10% of any development for something new ( cooking, software, crafting, etc) takes the longest. Garage sales: my husband feels the same way. Thanks for the lesson in negotiating. I will work on my skills. Love you our podcasts and will keep watching. I love your outlook and views.

Glad to have even a 1-day lead on your new videos. Better chance of buying the necessary stuff for the recipe before it's sold out! I will sit back and trust you to choose all the right recipes. You always come through. I'm so tired of wasting time and ingredients trying to make recipes acceptable to my whole family. And Dr. Fung is absolutely the best...I always refer people to him because he's the best communicator. There are so many great doctors out there that I follow, but he's the easiest to listen to for the most people, I think. I always start people with his video on Solving the Two Compartment Problem on KZbin, and recommend The Obesity Code.

Here is KS we pretty much call them yard or garage sales even if you don't actually use or have a garage. I try to do them yearly but they are a lot of work. I usually organize our neighborhood one in spring because they draw more people. I hate the haggling. It irritates the crap out of me but if done like you suggested I would be a lot more agreeable. My birthday gift last year from my children was to pick-up prepared stuff I had packed for them to bring to the thrift store. They made 5 trips I think throughout the year. Best gift ever! I cleaned up my clutter with a vengeance. I didn't know there was a difference between being a member and being subscribe. I see a "join" button up here but not every channel I follow. I'll check it out. I also didn't know people were sending you recipes. The way you say it, it's mostly Ketoed breads and pastries, which I don't eat. You wouldn't like it if I sent you something since there's only my DH and I and I'm the only one cooking so I have many recipes that last me 2 days - so 4 portions for you! But many are freezable... I do have some that are 2 portions too or one portion doubled up because I cook them in 2 different pans, like my Italian chicken with Konjac pasta, baked in 2 Corning Ware so we don't need to transfer in plates and my DH has as much sauce as he wants. He eats OMAD, he's not Keto, and will eat everything I serve him, then he supplements his diet with Reeses' Pieces and Glossettes! Sometimes I wish someone would check my recipes, just in case, to make sure they are indeed Keto. Dr. Jason Fung practices about 90 minutes from where I live but it's really too far since 90 minutes can easily turn to 3 hours or more (it's a nightmare to get to Toronto during the day). Love your channel, keep up the good work, and stay safe, Nicole

I don't know if you would actually do that, but let's find out when you get hundreds of thousands of subscribers :) (i dont know what the magic number will be). I did become a channel subscriber and just checked out your Amazon store. I do it because I think you provide real value. Every one of your videos is well done, thought through, edited, and provide valuable content. You aren't slapping up 3 unedited vlogs a week. Every few years when I mention having a garage sale my husband offers to pay me the amount I'm hoping to make AND volunteers to haul my treasures off to be donated...win/win. 😉😏😷😁🤣

My mom loved to haggle and both attend and hold yard sales. I will avoid any "haggle situation at all costs. Good luck in the basement.
