I don't how many times I see the first stage return landings! It still blows my mind! Compared to my father reading from The Chicago Sun-Times about Alan Shepard in "61"! Man what a long strange trip it has been!

The FAA has already lost much of the respect it had earned for its good aviation work through so many decades. I hear many negative comments from people who never had an interest in the FAA. That's not good when something like that happens. Regulating is fine but interfering is not; one of the few great things going right in America now should be treated with total objectivity, and respect for good work, and even the appearance to the contrary should be immediately addressed.

Yes. But the entry burn for F9 is must because it probably wouldnt survive it without the entry burn since aluminium's melting point is 300°C
