An incredible speaker that touches on the brutality of war, but makes his message palatable and easy to understand that we who have never fought have no right to judge. Welcome home, Marine.

One of my favorite stories Chet. Many Veterans suffering from the emotional scars of war need to hear this story.

I remember this hero! I could watch these over and over; I have so much respect 🫡 for them. Thank You 🙏 Larry. Have a blessed Independence Day May GODS Richest Blessing Be Yours. Mr Young is communicating what many people want to but cannot; he is an exceptional man with a very special ability to share his experiences. After listening to him I have a better understanding of what many have been through and how it really was in the NAM. Some tell a good story but he is making a difference 🫡❤️🇺🇸😇

Thank you for your service and sacrifice. And thank you to all the Vietnam veterans. All the younger vets will never forget what you've done for us back in the states. Many of you paved the way in the system that would rather forget those that served. They truly are the selfless servicemen and women. God bless.

Yes I remember this interview. I’ve experienced books snd and a couple movies that people should require themselves be experienced and this interview is one that all should experience. Veteran or not, it will explain and clarify a whole lot of things about PTSD. MAN OH MAN WHAT A POWERFUL MAN YOU INTERVIEWED HERE. 😢

This was an exceptional interview, even had your attention. I noticed you didn’t have to ask too many questions. This guy was able to bring it to us in a certain reality. God Has Blessed This Man/Marine. I wish more of these interviews were this graphic, we as Americans need to hear the truth. I understand what he means when he says it changes you forever. Thank You !

Combat vets see and experience things that humans should not see or experience. It's been that way for all of civilizations history . Police officers, firefighters and EMT's face the same issues more than we thought.

I was told about the fly thing. In the mid east, Kuwait in particular. Black flies cover the dead. Just completly cover, there are so many. Go to the latrine, walls are covered. Women children, babies, dead, covered with them. They land on you.. theres a creepy connection. Actual cringing..too many & a freak out panic happens, because of the bodies they were on. Some can't shake that connection I guess. Some National guard clean up people feel it. Its not battle, but there's a deep seated trauma? Horror? I guess.
