Mr Batchilly Secretary General for GAP , i was listening to your answers to Mr. Sey --the host on Qtv and when you start talking about THE POTENTIAL OF THE RIVER GAMBIA, i started to have a bit of support with you as far as your political ambitions are concern for the betterment of The Gambia. Sir Dawda Jawara has utilized The River Gambia only during the rainy seasons with the help of the Chines and after each rainy season they are redundant doing nothing. Yahya Jammeh came and started exactly what you were talking about and according to sources he used to sell the first class cultivated from The River Gambia to the rich Arabs and keep the money to himself. Now come President Barrow and he is trying to bring in The French to introduce Mechanized Farming, so Gambians are waiting to see how it will go. But as you mentioned, Gambians can do this mechanized farming because we have the capability and knowledge during Yahya Jammeh" time.s You talked about Rwanda and Paul Gagame the President and Rwanda as a land locked country, despite that Rwanda with the vision of Paul Gagame is one of the most advanced countries in The Continent of Africa and very organized and one of the most decent countries in the whole world. Well if you as a political party Leader and have those kind of leaders as your mentor, and in case you succeed your aims as President of The Gambia, i hope you shall make a good President and ready to develop the Gambia to its betterment to the level of those countries like Rwanda or even better. Last but not the least is about the sacrifice you talked about when it comes to our leaders. Well the only leader who has really sacrificed for The Gambia is Sir Dawda K. Jawara because he is the one who fought for our INDEPENDENCE together with other prominent Gambians like Sir Francis Small and a lot of others. From Yahya Jammeh to President Barrow together with their co-workers with all due respect are just there to accumulate wealth as fast as they can and the rest is history. Well Mr. Batchilly, anything one wants to accomplish in this world and one really put His/Her mind to it and NEVER give up, for sure with the help of The Almighty you shall get that position or thing you have been fighting for so hard to get it one day. Borne in 1972 you have a long way to go with your aims and i hope you get it one fine day to rule The Gambia thus fulfilling your lofty notions for the betterment of The Gambia our home land and Her People.
