I have used a whole watermelon once. the rind was pickled. I made watermelon jelly out of the juice and the pulp was made into watermelon jam. it was all great. Thank you for your recipes. You both are awesome 👍❤

Majority of indigenous people throughout the states and Canada are lactose intolerant, you’d think Mexican indigenous would be also, “I make it comfortable for my home” by using lactose free milk and creams

Most of us are lactose intolerant we just go for it 😂😂 not for everyone and def not advocating for people to eat or drink dairy if they can’t 🫶🏽 when I’m in Mexico I don’t eat the cheese we have here. Mostly cotija and queso fresco freshly made!

A lot ofbus are lactose intolerant, but we still eat here and there. I personally don't usually drink milk because of the effects it has on me. If I'm really craving a glass of milk. I make sure I'm at home and not going anywhere and make sure I get good quality milk that is worth the sacrifice. It depends on the cheese, and my stomach can actually tolerate heavy cream in moderation.
