I find it funny that so many are out here saying that throwing HGH into the mix means less side effects than more AAS. Personally I get just as many unwanted sides from the GH - resting heart rate goes up massively, feel lethargic AF all day and crashes my SHBG even lower than it already was. Doesn't help me sleep either.

Same - you are the only other person that I've ever seen mention the resting heart rate thing. It's very real. Mine increased by 20% with only 3 IU, so no thanks. That had to go.

@Iui2345
@Iui2345 2 күн бұрын
I completely disagree with the statement that any trt dose under 250 mg will not be anabolic. I lifted naturally for 8 years before on trt. I’ve went from 163 lbs to 195 lbs with roughly the same body fat percentage on around a 160 mg per week dose and I haven’t changed anything. I do eat more because I’m more hungry and my body weight has gone up and I lift heavier but it’s very obvious to me that these two effects are a result of the trt not my mindset.My mindset was grind prior to trt. Anyone who’s not a juice head will tell you that they’ve seen great success in modest doses of trt.
@Iui2345
@Iui2345 2 күн бұрын
I want to add that he is saying that people stop trt at doses of 100 mg because they don’t feel anything so start someone at 250 mg. If I took 250 mg I would’ve stopped trt right away because it was wayyy to much androgens for my system. This will make people have far too much cortisol production and likely they’ll feel like shit and stop

My mom is Mexican-American, so I mean no disrespect. We don’t have the best diets, very carb and fat heavy. Depending on where you live though, more fish can be incorporated. At least from my experience, the Sonoran type of diet ain’t too great. Maybe the Yucatan diet is more nutritious. I suppose that can play a role.

What's confusing to me is that the talk of mg/ml is regardless of ester, but that could net out to different dosages after a long period of time depending on test e or test P or sus250 etc. because at 500mg/W of test e would only net to around 375mg of testosterone in total

Lower the dose and look into injecting subQ every 3.5 days. It slows the absorbtion down, which results in lower e2 conversion as well as lower hematocrit levels as well.

Starting at 250/wk is insane, almost no one is going to be able to start on that and have no issues. Start at 100-120, do bloodwork in 8 weeks to ensure your markers are all in order, and raise it little by little to ensure you’re not shocking your system.
