I don't think that Polish men are controlling. From my observations of Polish families while growing up in Poland, I saw more Polish women who were controlling than men. The Polish schools system is harder on the student, but we do learn a lot more. For example in Canada there is no world history or geography taught to Canadian students and most people are very ignorant about the rest of the world because of that. The Canadian students also have lower rates of literacy and numeracy than Polish students, but I think it would have been even better if Poland kept its academic excellence standards while being kinder and more supportive of students.

I experienced different. Polish guys and men are very insecure and come off as controlling for sureeeee! I’ve witnessed jealousy and obsession where even after a breakup they talk crap and stock exes, they use defensiveness a lot as well. Yet to see a confident Polish guy! Also, not that good looking… meh

The height of people, of course, depends on genes, quality of life, but also on ... climate. In warmer places, people enter puberty earlier, which also causes them to stop growing faster. Therefore, the average height for Scandinavians is much higher than for Greece, Italy or Spain.

These internet questions have been questions that I've been wondering about for a very long time ( ha ha) I'm glad they have finally been answered. Seriously, I would love to know more about the Polish school system, what industries people work for, wages earned , taxes paid, buying a house and house costs and mortgages that people pay. Every day life expenses for average Poles. Love you site enjoy it very much. -🐴

Overall the relationship/marriages in Poland are based on partnership. People get married within their age group, within their interests - met while both of them were attending college or running family business like farming. Women can be more controlling since they are responsible for the household.

Are Polish men handsome? From every Polish man I have seen or met, I would say it's like 60/40, where the 60% of them are good looking. Now, I have been all over the world (military), so I am comparing them on a global scale. In my family, only two of the men (my youngest uncle and myself) do NOT look like the typical Polish man or any other male in our family. My uncle was 6'2', blond hair, blue eyes, he honestly looked like Brad Pitt, but actually better. He easily could have been a model; I think he actually was for a bit...? He is a complete genetic freak compared to the rest of us. I have only seen one other Polish man come close to my uncle in looks, and he is a distant second. I actually look more Italian, but yet have not Italian blood, go figure.
@renanvinicius6036
@renanvinicius6036 Жыл бұрын
Italian is not so specific, people in Italy looks different from place to place, and in each place you can see like 15 different kinds of looks though 😂 Edit: you can actually have Italian genes, this homogenic thing is kinda BS when we talk about genetics (not culture) me myself, I have Scandinavian, Irish, Iberian, and Italian I've even discovered my family have strong connections with Sweden and the Netherlands and I have some cousins there

I am precisely a Pole who went to school in the UK - and yes, Polish schools really are harder. I mean, I left at the end of Klasa 4 (11 years old), so I did not experience the Polish system beyond Klasa 4, but I know I found Classes 1-4 (8-11 yrs old) very hard, and the teachers of them unhelpul. I was the black sheep of a lot of subjects, particularly math, painting, and sheet music. Meanwhile in Britain (11-18 yrs old), with the exact same skillset, I was able to develop more. It is true that I have been handicapped at math and sheet music for my whole life either way, but the UK at least allowed me to discover that I was a lot better at art than I thought I was - it's just that I'm sloppy at handling paint in particular, but I'm quite decent at dry and digital art. My math skills were also able to improve temporarily, but I basically lost all of them after the GCSEs were over, and at College I couldn't do math, yet again. My math abilities peaked at 11-16 yrs old, but by the time I was 17, my brain had fully cleansed them out of me.

I think Poles speaking German is a bit of a myth. Most of my life I live on the western border, and yes, a lot of people here speak German, but usually they are people who work in Germany. We like Germany, we love Berlin, but most people just learn English because it gives you more opportunities. Possibly because there is not a large German minority here - there are a lot of Ukrainians, Belarusians, but despite the close border there are few Germans on this side, there is simply no opportunity to talk in German on a daily basis

Are Polish men handsome ? The first time I went over to Poland I was amazed, all these beautiful girls with these dogs of a guy. Are you handsome? I've seen many dog-tier western guys comming to Poland thinking they're hot-sh**. Polish women use a lot of make-up and are really good at it. Being pretty as a man is not that desirable for women here. They prefer big, strong and dangerous men. Are you comming from a country where women are uglier than Polish? Maybe you all western guys have inferior dna and make ugly daughters? Or you fetishize Polish women because you have no luck in your countries.

@@VigosDad The left side of Poland is more organized, the most of the town have the squer market, where is center of the city. German touch is not only good organization but also more logical and strict and oriented to solved problem, to fix. Warsaw is on the right the touch of Russian, no center of the city, is like few place to be a center. Population is like bohemian to represent past french time of Napoleon Bonaparte and free Ksiestwo Warszawskie. On the opposite side are more like "discopolo" with bright and shine clothes, Warsaw woke up later. Unfortunately the driver and people are us people said in stereotypes.

@@AAaa17219 Doesn’t it has to do with history though? Wroclaw retained it’s original plan and buildings, with Medieval square etc. while Warsaw was largely destroyed.

But most of people in Wrocław used to live in Lwów or other cities near our east border before WWII. I mean their grandparents of course. So maybe the city is more german but people more "galician".
