this is to this day one of my favorite moments, ellie deserved to know that her brother is capable of so many amazing things so she can finally be completely proud of him and chuck deserved to have his sister, the person who essentially raised him be proud of him.

At the end chuck has bug free intersect 3.0 he can definitely make a new intersect computer with that knowledge and help sarah if her memories havent returned but something tells me he wouldn't have to since sara showed signs of remembering things whenever he was around ...chuck is the key to sarah memories
