ചേട്ടാ എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 19 ഏജ് ഉണ്ട് പക്ഷെ (height 170)ഭാരം 46 kg മാത്രമാണ് . മറ്റു രോഗങ്ങളോ ഒന്നുമില്ല . എല്ലാവരുടെയും കളിയാക്കൽ കേട്ടു മടുത്തു😶 പുറത്തോട്ട് ഇറങ്ങാൻ പോലും ഒരു കോണ്ഫിഡൻസ് ഇല്ല . എനിക്ക് ഈ ഒരു അവസ്ഥയിൽ നിന്ന് മാറാൻ എന്തു ചെയ്യണം ? 😣

ഡിയർ വിജോ , very helpfull tips 👌 എനിക്ക് 35 വയസ്സായി , ആഴ്ചയിൽ 4-5 ഡേയ്സ് വീട്ടിൽ വെച്ചു workout ചെയ്യും (moderate workout). 6 അടി ഉയരം 72 kg - ectomorph . diabetic പാരമ്പര്യം ഉണ്ട് , ഷുഗർ കഴിക്കാറില്ല . എനിക്ക് പറ്റിയ ഷുഗർ തീരെ ഇല്ലാത്ത fat കുറവുള്ള ഒരു പ്രോട്ടീൻ നിര്ദേശിക്കാമോ ? ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ഖത്തറിൽ ആണ് . ഇവിടെ കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത ഉള്ള ഒന്ന് നിര്ദേശിക്കാമോ ?
