Hi Mark, incase you see this, just wanted to thank you for opening my eyes to such a diverse range of healthy and delicious food with your videos. I suffer from depression and often my diet is unhealthy comfort food, but you've inspired me to try so many new foods that my diet and my life has completely changed since watching your videos. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for doing what you do. Your approach to food and life in general has been a great inspiration to me.
