Good morning Anoma! That was so interesting to see the full preparation of the Olu from harvesting to making the recipe, it looked great! The entire prep took some time and work but it's always worth it in the end. I've never heard of Olu rice, do the seeds have a specific taste? The botanical name for Olu is nymphaea pubescens. We usually cook it together with rice and have it with a curry. According to Ayurvedic medicine it has a lot of healing properties.
