Listen, bud, I have a background in constitutional law and by that I mean I have several SCOTUS-themed bumper stickers (Notorious RBG, Impeach Thomas, Abort the Court, et al) so I can tell you that according to this fascist Supreme Court Barack Obama could have -drone striked American citizens -engaged in massive unrestricted warrantless government surveillance, or -directed the IRS to target his political opposition with draconian audits and Byzantine application processing and he would have faced ZERO repercussions for ANY of it. Now, thankfully President Obama was a GOOD MAN, and a DECENT FUCKING PERSON with ZERO SCANDALS so this is all hypothetical but that's what we're facing and I'm LITERALL shaking rn.
