The recipe for making vinaigrette sauce.
Vinaigrette sauce is a light sour sauce.
Previously, it was just vinegar and vegetable oil. But we will prepare a more modern version.
Whole-grain Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
White wine vinegar can be replaced with any other acidic liquid: lemon juice, lime or other vinegar.
Mix everything and cook according to the principle of mayonnaise: add vegetable oil in a thin stream and stir intensively at the same time.
The more oil we add, the thicker our sauce becomes.
We're trying. Add olive oil for flavor.
We bring it to taste with salt and pepper and everything your heart desires: thyme, garlic, chili pepper, etc.
This vinaigrette can be used in all leafy salads.
