In 2020 My dad’s dad died from cancer. This song was played at his funeral and I cried because of how much I missed him. Every now and then I listen to this song and think of him. Rest In Peace Grandpa Kenny.

My tears flow whenever I hear this song. It brings back so many memories of my husband, my 5 brothers and my dearly beloved uncle since it was played at each one's funeral. I think this song will be forever etched in my heart as I miss each loved one every day. ❤😢❤

This song had just come out when my oldest daughter died unexpectedly at 32, leaving 2 toddlers and her husband - and the rest of us behind. It was sung at her homecoming service. I can never hear this w/o becoming emotional. Thank you, Vince, for this beautiful song from your heart of grief.
