Price was such a gem. He had a great wit and charm. He makes most actors today look cheap, trashy and totally without style. Love him ❤❤❤

Totally agree, VP was a wonderful one-off!

Vincent Price, Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, Boris Karloff..we'll never see actors like that again. Thank goodness they left us the movies that they did. 😊

It’s not the actors that are a problem. Many of them are still great. It’s social media and everything knowing everything that spoils the atmosphere.

Vincent Price was, is, and will forever be, among the world's all time great stars. Talk about style - he had it in spades, and he's right true style is totally unique to an individual. It's a powerful kind of charisma possessed and generated by rare and special people. Look how at ease he was as himself. No wonder he was a TV chat show favourite from the 'sixties to the 'eighties, he was utterly irresistible and held audience and host spellbound, whatever he was discussing.

It used to be James Stewart, but I think Price might be taking that mantel of being my fave actor. He was a very funny and charming man.

Born 1945 in Southern California. I had the privilege of watching many wonderful movies and TV programs and actually running into the actors who played in those films and TV series from time to time. Spent an entire day at Warner Bros Studios in 1975.

What year was this interview? The 'Dr Death' movie he referenced (with a Parkinson cameo), actually called 'Madhouse', was released 1974, so this was obviously later.

This was from 1976 according to the BBC archive

He was a kind man and so he did not say "You either have it or not", but I wonder what he would do if he shared the interview with one of today's stars. Probably bite them somewhere else.

Madhouse (Dr Death) in my opinion is one of Vincent's best movies.

Often impressions are more about catching the essence of the subject m more than being a perfect mimic. (Phil Hartman's Clinton being a great example), but his Alan Alda is uncanny
