As someone currently struggling with weed himself, Vinny's speech at 1:05:00 about addiction made me genuinely cry. Weed isn't as bad as alcoholism or more extreme drugs, sure; but it's still a major issue that I deal with. It's been affecting my work and worsening my mental state and depression to the point where I can't even do anything and waste my days just being stoned, with my trips sometimes giving me more mental breakdowns and episodes than euphoria and relaxing times. This gives me motivation to keep going, to overcome my addiction. Sometimes I'm even afraid to say much about it because some folks think weed as non-addictive or brush it off; but honestly, Vinny helps me keep going and continue to make an effort. Thank you so much, Binyot, for helping me and giving me motivation to beat my addiction issues all because of an inspirational speech after an ugly troll goblin puppet anti-drug video.

Its less psychological, more emotional boss. If you're abusing weed, there is something else in your life you need to focus on so the weed breaks feel less mind-bending. Trust me, going through a similar thing. You can beat it. Its just an illusion - once you're on a T break, you'll feel so much better. Just try to ease yourself off of it - save it for days where you're really in pain, or when you're in a great mood so the trip isn't so bad.

it's even got the complete and utter exclusion of any evidence of violence or mishandling in factory farming that ai would most certainly exclude
@JacobKinsley Жыл бұрын
@@disposable_income_andy The issue of cruelty and mishandling in agriculture, particularly animal agriculture, is a deeply concerning topic warranting examination from ethical, legal, and animal science perspectives. I can shed some light on the multifaceted nature of this problem. First, the use of factory farms and concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) has been criticized for creating environments in which animals are unable to express natural behaviors. Lack of enrichment, limited space, and stressful human interactions are some factors that lead to poor welfare states. Tail docking, debeaking, and castration without anesthesia are examples of surgical interventions that are often criticized. These procedures are sometimes defended as necessary for the animal's health or safety, but they raise ethical concerns. Secondly, there are economic drivers that perpetuate these conditions. Many agricultural systems prioritize cost-efficiency over animal welfare, leading to compromised living conditions and mishandling. Governments and organizations have sought to address these concerns through regulations like the Animal Welfare Act or various farm assurance schemes. However, these measures often vary in their effectiveness and coverage, leaving gaps in the system. One of the most effective ways to address this issue is to leverage consumer pressure. More informed consumers demanding ethically produced meat and dairy products can help shift the market in favor of animal welfare. In Europe, the "Five Freedoms" framework has been adopted as a standard for assessing animal welfare. This framework suggests that animals should have freedom from hunger and thirst, discomfort, pain, injury, or disease, as well as the freedom to express natural behaviors and be free from fear and distress.

@@spaceemanspiff Absolutely. The best part is shouting at your TV the correct directions, as if the contestants could possibly hear you, when time is running out.

Lmao, did you know Spain did their own version of Knightmare? Look up "El Rescate del Talisman" if you're curious. I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid, and it's funny comparing it to the British original. The Spanish version was more light-hearted (the characters would often joke and even break the 4th wall), it was easier ( I remember most of the teams winning) and the kids won Sega Genesis (Mega Drive in Europe) consoles if they won.
