I made all my daughters and daughter in laws their Garter! I bought a small blue one and then added onto it. I added lace and ribbon, small jewelry that I had gathered from all the women in their lives. Piece of Grandmas wedding dress etc.

I like the soft pink flower in the center of the "keep" garter. Hope you are better soon. We used to have jean jackets and sometimes corduroy "jean" type jackets with punch stitch decoration on the back. Did not do it myself, but designs were popular for a moment.

I just love the pink dress I love how it is rouched at the top. The other night time wear is so pretty as well ,the colors are such a beautiful shade of pastel in color. I would love to see the DIY wedding jacket 😍 I'm not getting married yet but I checked your blog and I think your garter looks pretty. 😍 When I get married, I would also like to DIY my garter since I want one made specially for me. I'm a DIY/crafty girl so I definitely like adding personal touches to stuff that mean a lot to me. 💖 maybe even do two garters so I could keep one for myself and the other for the next in line. 😊 I personally think DIYs for weddings are more practical and cutesy since you can make them exactly how you want it to be.
