She was the best yoga instructor. I am so sorry she is gone but so thankful that we still have her wonderful free classes.

I may do other yoga practices as I practice regularly, but I find myself coming back to Lesley. I have not been eating well & wanted a good detox practice. Her cues are better than most teachers and always reminding us to protect ourselves with correct alignment. 😊 I am SO grateful for what Lesley has taught me. When I choose another instructor, I think of Lesley and the movements she would suggest when something doesn't feel right. Love you always my Fightmaster warrior Queen. . 🕊️

These sequences are really helping me to free up my body and heal my hamstring pain. It would be really great if you can make a video on intensive neck twists and lots of shoulder twists (if there is any). I tend to get very stiff in the neck and the shoulder plate and on the outer edges of the shoulder plates area. I would be very grateful if u can do that please Lesly. :)

As always I love twists, and I'm practicing a lot of them these days because my belly doesn't feel very good, and tonight with my boyfriend we are celebrating our 5 years together so we have a big meal coming up ;) I needed to prepare myself lol ! I missed you and your videos so much! I spent almost four months without exercising at all (new job that's consuming my life, my first adult job!) and I tried to finish three videos last week and I just couldn't :( But this was the first one I've been able to finish and, even though I lost some flexibility, I loooved this video. great class. I've had problems with my thoracic spine before, so I make a point to keep it flexible. Some of the moves you do in this class are the same or similar to ones my PT gave me. Also, I appreciate the finer points you bring up in the postures - definitely something I was missing in yoga books and magazines.

+Claudia Núñez thank you so much! Please be careful with your shoulder. Make sure that you don't push your chest too far back toward your thighs...that can bring pain. Also, be sure to rotate your outter upper arms back (triceps) as you bring your upper inner arms forward (biceps) and then press some extra weight into the thumb and first finger side of your hand. I hope that helps....xx

Hello Lesley, thank you for that great practice! I feel better every time when I practice yoga, especially with you! Right know would like to ask for little help. My older sister, three month ago gave birth to beautifull, baby girl. They both are awsome, but i see that my sister is right know very tired, she has pains in a back (everyone knows that looking after newborn is like hard work around the clock). So i would like to ask coudl you recommend something for her (and all Mothers ), i think she needs something for stress but also something to get more energy (she can't drink coffe and tea) after "no sleep" night. It's importnat to know that she has a hernia, after Cesareatian section. I will very, very gratefull if You coul help her. :)

+Magdalena Turkowska thank you so much for your message...I'm so glad that you enjoy practicing with us. I really feel for your sister. I have two boys and had c-sections with both. It was especially difficult adjusting after my first son was born. I would recommend that she try some of the meditations. It's not time for her to exercise yet...she should wait at least 8 weeks after the c-section. After that, there are some gentle classes that would be appropriate, but she should work up slowly. To help with some of her back pain, she can interlace her fingers behind her back while sitting and reach her knuckles back to expand her chest (heart openers are also energizing). Also, I don't know if you're close enough, but going to her house and watching the baby so she can sleep is helpful or helping her to clean the house and do the laundry. It's important for new moms to sleep when the baby sleeps but then nothing else gets done. I'm sure that you're already doing all that you can....it's so nice that you love your sister enough to ask for some help for her. Lots of love to you and your family! xx
