Hi Chris, As usual, your videos are educational! As far as I know, I have never heard any of these. Very cool!

Enjoyed this Chris. The other video did as well. There's been quite a lot done in the series but so much more to do. I've got a bunch more lined up

Your collection never ceases to amaze man. That Arica is a special one. Would love to find their other LP with the red cover.

Thanks Dave. I would not have recognized the Arica album if I had seen you talk about it.

Chris, amazing stuff and some mindblowing cover- art as well! Speaking of ''Barefoot Boy'', I love your footwear, are they slippers or shoes? The Blues Image album, ''Open'' is perfect, from start to finish. Joe Lala, the drummer went on to have an illustrious career, he played with the Bee Gees, Bill Wyman, Barbra Streisand, Dan Fogelberg and many others. He also acted in films and TV shows. Kent Henry became a member of Blues Image and plays guitar on some tracks. Kent would later join Steppenwolf, I think his first album with them was, ''For Ladies Only''. Karen Dalton's cover of The Band's, '' In A Station'' is so good it gives me goosebumps and /or brings tears to my eyes. My heart belongs to Jimi Hendrix and yet, I 've never seen a Curtis Knight album, but 45 years ago my friend played me a tape of some songs that Jimi did with Curtis. Damn, more great Taj Mahal Travellers music, great way to start the new year!

Thanks Michael. The footwear was a Christmas gift, L.L. Bean slipper moccasins. I checked Kent Henry's history and saw that he also played with Lord Sutch & Heavy Friends. On the album it lists three lead guitarists; Beck, Page, and Kent Henry! I think that I first noticed Joe Lala on the Stephen Stills Manassas album.

@@christopherkibler511 Chris, I had a feeling those slippers were a X-mas gift, nice. The old saying, '' If the shoe fits, wear it'', often rings true. Keith Jarrett's tune on the ''Fort Yawuh'' album, ''( If the) Misfits( Wear It)'' also rings true ! Yes, Steppenwolf featured many fantastic guitar players. Joe Lala also played with Crosby and Young and Nash. I'd love to walk a mile in your shoes!

A lovely bunch of acidic albums. You'd never see any of these in the UK except maybe The Music Machine.

Thanks John. The Acid Archives is very North American centric.

I do have that Alexander Blues Band album. I also have that second Blues Image album. Most of these I have never heard it but would be cool to try. I just did get a couple reissues from Litter that I bought from Dom.
