Nice selection of records as per usual. Lee Perry RIP. That Heart and Soul LP looks great. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is an all time favourite. The cover is iconic indeed with its Mies Van Der Rohe Chicago skyscrapers. That Cody Chesnutt CD is great. His collaboration with the Roots is a excellent.

First off. Have fun at the record fair. I agree. Car Wash is a necessity. Did you say that the song "Sunrise" was your favorite John? Mark thanks for introducing me to Ollie Halsall. I have heard some of the infamous and sought after debut album by Patto. The song "Red Glow" has some killer guitar leads. I assume that it is Ollie playing them. I will check that one out. Fantastic showings again Mark & John. One last thing. The artwork on the album they did for your Heart N Soul organization was cool. Well done. Have a fantastic week guys. Hope you do well at the show today~ Rob/Boston

Love that Keith Hudson. I have that same reissue John. Looking forward to seeing if you guys sneak off at the record fair for some finds as well.

Hello Mark, Hello John. Superb seeing you both on this Friday evening doing another "Session" together. Kicking off with some reggae. Interesting hearing that the Keith Hudson album has a few tracks with no drums. A roots reggae song with no drums? I am going to check those out. Seeing the plain artwork on the Chosen Brothers "Making History" reminds me to never judge an album by its cover. I will recap later on. I am going to kick back and enjoy it first~ Rob/Boston Comment One of two:

Damn it. I commented on this back when, and I must not have pressed the comment button. Oh man, I would love that Upsetters boxset. Nice Brian Auger; I've never seen that one. Oh man, Mark pulls out thee best EWF album ever recorded. My second favorite live album of all time. Great Freddy Hubbard record. When are either of you or both of you coming to L.A.? Great video as always. - TONE

Some great picks as always... I beg to differ about the brian auger cover, it's just the kind of bad taste I love. All the best
