You sure get around. Hope your flight from Chicago went well. I absolutely love the song "Everything I Do Brings Me Closer To The Blues" off the Lil' Ed album. Maria McKee -- yes. It's nice that Colton is getting enough fiber in the diet.

Hey Mike. Great backyard Natick picture. Glad you found some cheap BOA heat from the elusive and exclusive Greek lady. Tammy is really looking hot on that 77 album. I love that Allman album. Also a big Dave Edmund fa. Alligator is a label to look out for. Nice finds, and nice VCLT fromAnthony. It’s raining out here 😐. Cheers.

Congrats on the Rush! I only have them on CD too for some reason. Great Kiss and Cars LPs. Pat B is great. Ive never heard that Live album actually. Hard to imagine she couldve been named Pat Geraldo? If she remarried with the guitar player. Benatar is such an iconic name.

Alligator is great for having blues musicians that most people don’t know about. They also had some zydeco music that they produced. Label was formed to be able to record Hound Dog Taylor, one of my favorite blues artist. I tried to get into Black Oak Arkansas but always struggled with the, Good Boomtown, this was their punk stage. Quite the stack

Great stuff all around, Mike! Seen Pat Benatar live many times, and nice Tammy Trifecta. Bill Sherrill-I agree! Maria McKee should get more props than she does. Evan Johns-I gotta check that out! Off to a beer tasting/charity fund raiser this Sat afternoon. Your video was a great way to start my weekend! 😎🎶

Well I'd definitely give that Boomtown Rats album another try. 'Rat Trap', She's So Modern', classics both. And the lovely Maria McKee. I agree though, that solo debut is over-polished, and the vocals are a bit over-emoting for my taste. Love that Specials 12". What a track! "PHD in Genesis" 😂 So, yep, from the 'ABACAB' sessions. Decent pop, before they became TOO GOOD at it. The UK version of that album has live tracks on Side 4, instead of that studio pop stuff, one of which was recorded at a gig I was at in Glasgow in '76. Brings a tear to the eye. 😢

Gotta have Rush 2112 on vinyl! And Destroyer too. “Are you related to Pat Benatar? Yeah, she’s my ex-wife.” 😂 Ol Tammy Wynette. Thanks for the mention! Btw, Steve isn’t in Chicago with anyone and I’m guessing he doesn’t want anyone associating him with that city. That’s a horrible album cover for Boomtown Rats. Maria’s is better. That’s a good Deep Purple album. I’m not a Dead fan but I like your shirt. Colton loving the paper. Cheers Mike!
