Holy crappin moly! Dave did it again. I mean I had no doubts cuz…Dave…but seriously that. Was. Epic! Among other things I struggle with, color is for some reason a mystery to me. It would appear you have no problem with that. I would not have been able to figure out what blue went where. SOOO. COOOOL!

Stunning quilt! Great job! I love that you just jumped into projects head first without fear and produce incredible quilts. Even experienced quilters have to use seam rippers and redo a mistake....from it we learn to SLOW down. Look forward to your next project.

I'm catching up on some videos I have not yet seen. I must say, I was laughing very hard during the quilting portion of the video. Straight line quilting sped up looks very aggressive. I love that you showed your error and your fix. We all do it, just usually in private. Invent fixes, I mean.

Thanks for showing off how this quilt is put together, I was intimidated by the concept of a FPP quilt that big, being worried I'd be handling one GIANT piece of foundation paper for the whole thing. I'm real glad to see that it's a bunch of manageable chunks that you then stitch together after the fact.

I’m impressed at how neatly you work. I love the idea when you leave the colours behind you on the floor for easier access. I just screw my fabric into a ball and you fold them back into a block. I must train myself to be more perfect in that process. I can see that it does make things easier. A beautiful Christmas present. Your friends are very lucky getting your gifts. I also give away my work.
