2-ingredient Mandarin Sorbet☀️ This healthy refreshing treat is perfect for hot summer days🤩 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • Ingredients for about 3 servings: 4 mandarins juice of 1 lime if needed: a little bit of orange juice or water • 1. Peel skin off of mandarins and separate segments. Freeze for about 4 hours or until solid. 3. Add all the ingredients into a blender. Keep blending until creamy. Mix with a spoon in between. It takes several minutes for the sorbet to get creamy. Add liquid if needed

What about the seeds in the mandarins? Do you remove them before freezing? Regards!

Some mandarins are bred to not have seeds, so I think hers are bred! Also, mandarins have from little to no seeds while tangerines have seeds!

But you are also grinding the seeds. It bitter and different texture. How do you deal with it?
