Lessons in the fundamentals of Law, its implementation, and dispensation of Justice must be included in our school curriculum. The Emergency, and the present Republic TV - Arnab Goswami case, must be used as case studies to show how imperitive it is for citizens to be forever on the watch so that governments do not sneak in bad laws. We need to understand that legal machinery like the police are just that, Machinery. We the People must be in charge of the buttons and the wheels, for this thing called Democracy to have a chance to work. Monarchy = Yatha Raaja Thatha Praja. Democracy = Yatha Praja = Thatha Raaja.

We want Arnab safe and sound, or we must boycott elections, because these people seek our vote with certain poll alliance and then switch their alliance with another to suit their political ambition and act as they please. There has to be a proper clarity before the polls and not cheat the people.

The truth of judiciary is so bitter that anybody who is astute, selfish or dependent professionally on the judiciary, can't even dare to hear it so speaking about the truth is almost impossible. Present Higher judiciary is only for higher class of Indian citizens who are countable. Judiciary in general, is the escape route for criminals and wrongdoers. Delays in disposal of cases in the name of long list of self created pendency, judiciary has encouraged criminals and wrongdoers. Repeated concessions in punishment in criminal cases at different levels of the judiciary is a boon for criminals. Anybody against this comment of mine is welcomed and invited to refute with facts and figures.

Why is Dr Swamy who has been a great champion against injustice keeping quiet on the case of Arnab's illegal arrest and the political vendetta unleashed on him. It is terrible to see BJP quiet on this and not doing anything. We the people is very angry at this political bonhomie against the fourth institution of the democracy.. This way, what kind of justice can an ordinary citizen get in this country.

We used to be so proud of you sir...cas the way you talk about laws. as though everything is in your finger tips. But not any more. EGO is the one of the worst enemy acc to spirituality.
