I loved the video, here is my homework from that task :D - So as an applicant for customer service agent for your business, I would first identify some of the FAQs that your clients would have, and create a well-formulated file which can be posted on your website or your social media. I will make sure the quality of the answers is great and impactful and is aligned with your brand's voice.
