Question could you use your keratin gel in the pot as a foundation gel as well? Cure 30 then reapply and build up? Thanks 💜

The fiber gel is an added protective layer, it doesn’t physically strengthen nails. Acrylic and hard gel do the same thing, so there is no need to do both.

I totally forgot to base last time I did my nails. Soooo much lifting. 😢 it was also really hot in my space and that may of had a part as well.

Love love love all your products!! What is the difference between the builder gell and mani Q with protein. I don't like my nails really long because I work with students 2 and under, but is builder gell in a tube stronger?

Fiber Gel is a soft gel that can be soaked off. It is designed for use over a natural nail and has a thicker consistency to it because of the micro fibers embedded into it. It is not intended for sculpting or creating long extensions (it can be used for very short extensions or fixing a cracked or chipped nail) since it is very flexible and doesn't have the structure to hold a long, sculpted nail. In our Synergy hard gel line, we have several builder gels. These are hard gels that are designed for building structure and sculpting extensions. They become non porous when cured and cannot be soaked off.

Base, fiber gel, hard gel, go time and then stain resistant on top? Would they pop off? What would give structure a structure mani? What products would you use for a structure manicure? But i want it hard like acrylic??

The fiber gel is an added protective layer, it doesn’t physically strengthen nails. Acrylic and hard gel do the same thing, so there is no need to do both. You would use just fiber gel or all acrylic or all hard gel.

is there a prep video too on base gel?
@youngnailsinc Жыл бұрын
You prep the same for acrylic as for hard gel.

Should I use base gel as a foundation with fiber gel?
@youngnailsinc Жыл бұрын
No. Base gel is for hard gel overlays or extensions only. You do not need a base coat under fiber gel.

Can base gel be used as a “glue” for tips? Using the light to cure.
@youngnailsinc Жыл бұрын
It can, but make sure you are prepping the underside of the tip as well since gel doesn't like a smooth surface. Also, if you use synergy base gel to adhere the tips, you won't be able to soak it off.
@ledinasala5044 Жыл бұрын
but after we have dried the gel according to the logic, the gel that we put on top does not stick without being gel, but it is not smooth
@youngnailsinc Жыл бұрын
Gel sticks to the tacky layer left behind after curing so you don't want to wipe the nail between layers.

Which monomer is suitable for beginners?
@youngnailsinc Жыл бұрын
We recommend our monomer and core powders for beginners. We can’t speak on other brands as we don’t test them.
