This is a Virtual Y, Body Flow group X workout with our local instructor Anne Jones. she teaches this class with bodyweight. There is no special requirement for this class.
Level: Low intensity
Our Virtual Y studio was set up and has created videos for our Members and everyone else to be able to access these at-home workouts.
