Thanks for the video. I understand what you mean by margins. Basically having some buffer or slack as an insurance in case of any eventuality that may happen during the course of the project.

The best example is that some projects were refused by comities because they did not have any margins. Before to start a project you should be comfortable and margins will helpp you. Projects seldom go without some difficulties. Cheers.
