One thing I've enjoyed with my people and black people in general). We seem to can't see or understand how anything's work. What use a multi million dollar will be for Haitian who lives in haiti if there no security, education, food for people to use. Those multi million homes will not change anything. Haitians seem to think that development is inviting rappers to "invest" in haiti. Haitians are smart, just give them the basic stuff. Like free education, access to food, security and they will take care of the rest. They don't need multi million dollar will estate. They need freedom.

@@daniellawisham3796 well i think the philosophy here is a top down effect. The country needs the establishment of the wealthy and upper-middle class to push money into and stimulate the economy. With this business alone, many Haitians could be employed into construction, design, services, etc. Industries. Then slowly but surely, small businesses can start to spring. Foreign direct investment. Mass employment. But it also needs the government to at the very least scale down the corruption from 1000% to maybe 65% to start with.

@@SeeJeanty while I agree with the proximity comment, overall the real estate market in Haiti is overly inflated as is a lot of things in the country for that matter. I hope to see more competitive prices from Haiti such as in DR in the future.
@daniellawisham3796
@daniellawisham3796 3 жыл бұрын
@@muller_509 well said, the prices are overstated for 3 bedrooms 4 baths houses. I don't like the railings; they don't look strong. I prefer regular steel railings or masonry. Overall, the houses are nice looking but the average Haitians can't afford them. The developer should find other places less expensive to build affordable houses as well.

@Marie Alphonse lol which Haitian people are being killed in DR for being black? Im sorry but this is a ridiculous statement. The majority of Haitian people in DR are left alone and are free to do their thing as long as their legal status is in order. Things haven't been perfect in the past and I know there is tension but hate and lies won't solve anything, Jeanty himself said in his latest livestrean from November 22 that out of all the Haitian people he's spoken to living in DR, not one has said anything bad about how they are treated in the country. That he himself was in DR reppin the Haitian flag and no one treated him wrong. (At 2:35:00) Also, there are many Dominicans with the same skin tone as the average Haitian person, so please don't spread these lies that Haitian people are being killed because of their skin color, wtf

Much respect to Arco Design. I love the concept and the houses are BEAUTIFUL and I am sure as the tenants and the owners move in the whole neighborhood will be more beautiful with flowers and Haitians are some of the best interior decorators. I have already spread the word and this video. I am more of a traditional person so I prefer and I like a house with the red tiles roof not a big fan with these modern glass balcony houses but THEY ARE GORGEOUS and I know one too many people who will be renting or buying one of these amazing houses.

WOW.......First, I want to salute you SeeJeanty because you stay true to yourself and to Haiti. Like many in the diaspora, I dream of going home to Haiti and I am sick and tired of hearing and seeing the same dirty sites of Haiti and the killings and protesting in Haiti. I finally realize that WE HAITIANS in general are the true problems of Haiti. I forbit my family from telling me of anything bad about Haiti because I have proved to them that they are the problem not Haiti. Here in the States we watch the news daily and everyday there are killings in the news but no one tells people NOT TO COME TO AMERICA BECAUSE THEY ARE KILLING PEOPLE IN AMERICA but they are quick to spread the little bitty news of whatever about Haiti and make it seems as if the entire country of Haiti has killings, is dirty and insecurity is all over.

@lhorde22 to be fair many other haitian channels has to share that responsibility to highlight areas of Haiti that needs attention including all projects. Also as a fan of SeeJeanty show, he has been in areas outside Port Au Prince and interviewed people doing good work outside. You seem like someone well aware of the surroundings of Haiti as a whole but please keep in mind that many folks seeing this video are, seeing Haiti like this as an eye opener and never been to Haiti nor are they aware of modernize projects at all cause they haven't been exposed to areas like these. Also, Seejeanty can only do so much as this isn't his main business. Here is a nice interview with a man in Mirebalais Haiti kzbin.info/www/bejne/jIXdlH5vdsqMgtk Another interview you might like kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6qQZ35-o7R8mqM Also, Au Nou Pale Series is good one too.. SeeJeanty also went to Cap Haitian as well. On a side note, there are many amazing companies throughout Haiti on Instagram you can follow that are doing amazing things as a supplement. Also, although I'm not picking political sides, this channel called (Jaime Haiti),highlights progressive projects being made in haiti kzbin.info
