Watch as Matt visits a traditional local toddy shop in the Kerala Backwaters. Toddy is a ‘live’ product made from fermented juice collected from coconut flowers. It increases in alcohol strength and sourness with each passing hour. After four hours it increases to around 4% ABV and by 24 hours it is up to 10% ABV - this is the one Matt tastes in the video.
