I've had wild turkey's scare the crap out of me a couple times while mushroom hunting. They tend to stay hidden 'til you're close enough to crap your pants when they take off...Once my daughter and I were looking for fawn lily bulbs, I'd bent over to dig a few out of the ground when she whispered, "Oh-My-God; It's a Dinosaur." I guess it didn't notice us since we'd been still a couple minutes, but a huge freakin' turkey moseyed about 20 yards in front of us. Twas a fun experience.

I wish I could remember the location of that trail that I helped construct 20 years ago, You are a walking breathing accomplishment lady.

Thanks for another great video. I would love to learn to hunt with a bow. You might enjoy Bonhoeffer, the story of a former pacifist theologian who changed his mind about his pacifist beliefs and participated in the plot to assassinate Hitler. He was held in prison for several years. He was hung just before the Allied troops defeated Germany. It will be in theaters this month filmed by Angel Studios.
